Appointments
Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your spa appointment to enjoy the
tranquility of the spa, unwind and prepare for your spa service. Due to the timing of appointments, your service will be condensed should lateness occur.
Environment
To ensure that all guests can enjoy a relaxing and peaceful experience, we respectfully request that all guests keep noise to a minimum; cellular phones and electronic devices are discouraged.
Cancellation Policy
A 24-hour cancellation notice is required for all services. Without this notification or failure to arrive for your scheduled service will result in a full charge of your scheduled treatment. Package or group reservations require 48 hours notice.
Gratuities and Taxes
Gratuities and taxes are not included in the price of treatments. Gratuities typically range from 10% - 20% of the service price, but are at the full discretion of the guest.
Returned Check Fee
A $25.00 fee will be charges for returned checks
Gift Certificates
Gift cards are available for that special someone. Gift cards are non-refundable and are valid for one year.
Children
Due to the quietness of our environment, we respectfully ask that children are supervised at all times. Please be courteous to other guests and keep the noise level to a minimum.
